We supply trials and approvals of our labels to test readability and performance of the adhesive. These are used widely throughout Blood Sciences and Microbiology departments where we also meet the needs of the specialist substrates used in Histology.

Healthcare Printworks Booklet

We provide order comms labels for electronic requesting on the wards or at GP sites. We produce plain standard size labels on rolls with a hi-tak adhesive. Supplied on a direct thermal coated face paper to ensure a good quality image from the print head, or a thermal transfer option where a ribbon is being used. If you are using electronic requesting for ICE or tQuest systems we have an excellent A4 or A5 laser sheet with integrated labels that can be removed and applied to the specimen tube.



Blood Transfusion Labelling

We have a specialist cross match label called Trace Safe. It's a single source tag combined with a label or labels designed to eliminate potential errors in the procedure of transfusing of blood. Produced on tags or thermal die cut labels along with software that delivers a full compact solution.


Trace Safe Connect

Trace Safe CONNECT auto prints data from your LIMS to compatibility labels or tags via laser or thermal transfer printers. With linear and/or 2D barcode capability. The software sits on the appropriate hospital server and sends data to the chosen printer or printers in the lab. Providing the data is in the data stream we can programme and format to your requirements. Trace Safe CONNECT includes Trace Safe PRINT.


Trace SafeTrace Safe PRINT

Trace Safe PRINT is a manual off line back up printing solution used in the event the LIMS or network goes down. It enables authorised users to continue issuing blood, retaining a label copy to fate into LIMS when it is back live.
